TRAVELPORT THAILAND OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES AUTOMATED EXCHANGE (AE)
Effective: 01 September 2022
Automated Exchange (AE) will help you to automatically calculate the new price for the “voluntary” (passenger requested) change of an eTicket.
It uses historical data, current fares, and rules to re-price a revised itinerary. It will display results, including any additional collection, refunds and change or penalty fee amounts, to assist you to complete the exchange process through the application, within the ARC parameters.
We simplify the re-price and re-issue process for the “voluntary” (passenger requested) change of an eTicket with “GUARANTEE (G)” for you via our Automated Exchange.
